the company is seeking a skilled professional to lead its commercial expansion across mexico and the united states. This individual will be responsible for driving growth within existing accounts and developing new business opportunities in both markets.
key responsibilities:
* strategically lead the company's commercial expansion, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
* build high-level relationships with key stakeholders, executing the commercial strategy and ensuring the achievement of revenue goals.
* lead and develop a sales team, focusing on achieving goals, kpis, and growth plans.
* adapt the commercial strategy to meet the specific needs of each market, ensuring effective execution and results.

* ensure exceptional customer experience and retention of strategic accounts.
the ideal candidate will have advanced english skills, at least 3-5 years of experience as a commercial director or head of sales in software, technology, or cloud solution companies, and proven experience leading sales teams in mexico and the united states.
