Ecommerce Copywriter & Creative LeadLocation: RemoteDepartment: Marketing / Creative Reports To: CMO or Creative DirectorONLY RESUMES IN ENGLISH WILL BE CONSIDERED.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Creative & Copywriter who can craft compelling copy and bring it to life visually for our ecommerce channels. This is a hands-on role where words, design, and organization intersect — perfect for someone who can write, plan, and manage creative campaigns end-to-end.You’ll help tell our brand story through homepage content, product copy, ads, emails, and more, while collaborating with design and marketing to ensure every asset is on-brand, on-time, and high-performing.Key ResponsibilitiesCopywriting & Messaging- Write persuasive, brand-aligned copy across all digital touchpoints: homepage, ads, email campaigns, overlays, banners, and product descriptions.- Maintain brand voice and tone consistently across channels while optimizing for engagement and conversions.Photoshoot Planning & Creative Ideation- Plan seasonal photoshoot looks aligned with marketing priorities and campaigns.- Source inspiration from Pinterest, Foreplay, competitors, and trend research.- Build weekly mood boards and decks in Canva to communicate vision to the creative team.Creative Operations- Manage asset organization: naming conventions, tagging, Monday.com and Dropbox structures.- Oversee cross-team handoffs to ensure smooth execution between creative, marketing, and ecommerce teams.- Maintain workflow standards that ensure assets are accessible, organized, and on-brand.Graphic Design & Video Oversight- Project manage graphic design and video deliverables from brief to completion.- Collaborate with designers and editors to ensure final assets meet creative standards and marketing objectives.- Provide guidance and feedback to ensure consistency across campaigns and channels.What You’ll Bring- 5 years experience in ecommerce copywriting, creative, or digital marketing (DTC jewelry, fashion, or beauty preferred).- Strong portfolio showcasing copy across digital channels and examples of creative campaign planning.- Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and creative stakeholders.- Proficiency in Canva, project management tools like Monday.com, and familiarity with Dropbox or other file systems.- Basic understanding of graphic design/video production workflows.- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain brand consistency across all creative touchpoints.Bonus Points- Experience in DTC jewelry, beauty, or fashion brands.- Some graphic design/video editing skills or familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Premiere.- Experience planning seasonal photoshoots from concept to execution.- Familiarity with CRO and ecommerce metrics for optimizing copy and creative.Success Looks Like- Clear, compelling copy that drives conversions and engagement across all ecommerce channels.- Organized, efficient, and accessible creative assets that streamline team workflows.- Seasonal campaigns executed smoothly from concept to launch, with on-brand creative and copy.- Cohesive visual and written storytelling that strengthens the brand experience and customer connection.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $37,000.00 per month
