Customer service representative - auto dealership

as a customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from dealership customers with the intention of providing a final resolution. Your role will involve:
* accepting and handling inbound calls from customers to resolve their issues
* coordinating and scheduling customer service appointments
* using scripts to guide each call and ensure that all necessary information is collected
* managing and documenting processes in our crm tool
to be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also be able to multi-task and use multiple software concurrently.
the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of recent customer service experience in an english-speaking call center environment, as well as strong skills in using software and technology to complete tasks efficiently.
