job description
we are looking for a process consultant to analyze, design, and implement divisional business requirements within sap environments. The role involves participating in global projects and cross‑module support, as well as assisting in defining and streamlining business processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with key users and department heads to gather requirements, perform sap configuration changes through change management processes, and document business processes and system updates.
responsibilities
* contribute to functional testing and support user acceptance testing.
* develop and deliver training materials.
* maintain sap documentation and prepare status reports for management.
* provide first-, second-, and third‑level support for sap‑related issues.
* occasional travel may be required.
qualifications
* minimum 5 years of sap analyst experience with expertise in mm & wm modules.
* proven s/4hana implementation and rollout experience.
* experience leading mid‑size sap projects.
* undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
* fluent in spanish and english (b2 level minimum) – written and verbal.
* scm and supply chain process knowledge.
* sap configuration and troubleshooting expertise.
