Job description:
determines directions, priorities and assigns resources with full accountability for results of functional area. Responsible for establishing and managing budgets for one or more departments within a functional discipline in finance such as controlling, accounting, taxation, credit, audit, treasury, etc. Ensures compliance with internal controls and financial procedures. Works with and provides counsel to market center business development directors, div vps, and exec vps on the evaluation and prioritization of business alliance opportunities. Leads medium ($10-$25 million) to large (> $25 million) complex projects related to acquisitions, divestitures, and other business alliance ventures in designated market center.
