We are looking for an experienced *chief business analyst*to join our team and lead the creation of impactful solutions that drive business success.
In this role, you will work alongside cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define product strategies, establish roadmaps, and ensure the seamless execution of critical initiatives. *responsibilities*
- collaborate with business stakeholders to define key personas and outline core product capabilities
- create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that includes future releases, initiatives, and strategic goals
- work closely with business and technical teams to design a value-focused plan for product delivery
- partner with ba and development teams to break down high-level backlogs into actionable tasks and stories
- perform market research and engage with customers to define and document product requirements
- analyze and document the customer journey to improve user experience and product alignment
- monitor product milestones and ensure stakeholders are informed of progress
*requirements*:
- a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, business, or a related discipline
- at least 7 years of experience as a product owner or business analyst in software development
- minimum of 2 years of experience in leadership or team management roles
- proven track record of successfully launching products or major product features
- experience collaborating with agile product development teams
- exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
- ability to advocate for user-focused solutions, even in complex scenarios
- capability to influence decisions at all levels of the organization
- strong skills in managing client expectations effectively
- proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- experience performing impact analyses, identifying process changes, conducting testing, and communicating with stakeholders
- adaptability to excel in ambiguous and fast-changing business environments
- fluent in english, both written and spoken, at a c1 level or higher

- experience in fields such as data engineering, data science, or data analytics
- professional background in the marketing industry
- previous involvement in the creation or development of data or marketing platforms in any capacity
