- we are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical process analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for documenting, analyzing, and improving our business processes to enhance efficiency, and improve overall performance. You will work closely with various departments to understand their workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that drive business value.

- create and maintain comprehensive documentation of existing business processes, including process maps, flowcharts, and standard operating procedures.
- ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- * data analysis*:
- collect and analyze data related to business processes to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- use data analysis techniques to measure process performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
- * business process improvement*:
- collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges related to business processes.
- identify and evaluate potential process improvements, including automation, standardization, and simplification.
- develop and implement process improvement initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
- monitor and measure the impact of process improvements, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
- * legal compliance*:
- conduct compliance audits to verify adherence to repse, labor laws, imss, and infonavit requirements.
- prepare and submit necessary regulatory reports to relevant bodies and develop lessons learned to improve future compliance practices.
- grant system access to vendors for repse documentation submission in vitel and validate the completeness and accuracy of submitted documents.
- train vendors on the document management system (vitel) to ensure proficient submission of repse documentation and response to alert notifications.
- * collaboration and communication*:
- communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, to share insights and recommendations.
- build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive process improvement initiatives.
qualifications
*qualifications*:
- bachelor's degree in business administrator, data analytics, industrial engineer or a related field.
- expert in *process documentation* and data analytics (3+ years of experience).
- proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
- experience with *data analysis* software (e.g., excel, sql).
- ability to create clear and compelling visualizations using tools like *tableau, power bi,* or matplotlib (in python).
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluent english required).
- ability to manage urgent situations and follow priorities.
- experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
