Here´s the deal: detail-oriented accounting specialist with over 5 years of experience in preparing month-end and year-end financial reports, balance sheet reconciliations, and p&l statements. Highly skilled in supporting internal and external audits, ensuring accurate tax recording, and managing month-end close processes, including monthly accruals. Advanced proficiency in excel (including macros) and a strong understanding of local and international financial regulations. Experienced in creating and documenting standard operating procedures (sops) and ensuring control follow-up and compliance.

the basics: • academic background: bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent work experience. • years of experience: 5+ years. • experience in shared service center • software: advanced excel (macros, pivot tables, and complex formulas), erp systems. • technical skills: in-depth knowledge of local and international financial regulations, financial analysis, and the audit process. • english level: advanced (fluent in both written and spoken communication).
