8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment delivery, or project management, with relevant experience supporting the latam region.
~ excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
~ experience working with ats platforms, reporting tools, and hris systems.
~ fluency in english, spanish, and portuguese spoken and written.
