The sales representative is responsible for driving the growth of our staffing services by developing new business and nurturing existing client relationships. - identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, and strategic marketing.
- maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met with precision and efficiency.
- understand the specific requirements of clients in various industries and tailor staffing solutions accordingly.
- negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining client satisfaction.
- coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure that client demands for talent are met promptly and accurately.
- provide regular feedback to management on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to capture new business.
- attend industry-specific conferences and events to enhance networking and business opportunities.
- meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
