Prepare and manage raw material orders to suppliers, considering plant requirements, lead times, and inventory levels. Classify and control materials by cost categories (a, b, c) to optimize inventory management. Schedule and oversee just-in-time (jit) deliveries aligned with production requirements, maintaining minimal stock levels. Track and monitor material flow from order placement through importation and border crossing (impo). Verify and maintain accuracy of physical and system inventories to ensure reliable data. Support engineering changes and new product introductions by managing part numbers under assigned responsibility. Requirements: bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or accounting. Solid knowledge of iso 9001:2015 standards, with certification as internal auditor or lead auditor preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar supply chain or logistics position. Proficiency in conversational english for effective communication in cross-border and supplier interactions. Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage inventories, compliance, and supplier coordination.
