About the Role We are looking for a Chief Product Officer (CPO) – Credit Cards to shape the long-term strategy and execution of our credit card portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to make a global impact, leading product innovation and lifecycle management in a fast-paced, international environment.
Please note: Fluency in both Russian and English is crucial, as you will be collaborating with global stakeholders, managing cross-border projects, and working with bilingual documentation.
Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision: Define and own the long-term strategy for the credit card portfolio.
Product Development & Lifecycle: Lead ideation, design, launch, and optimization of credit card products and features.
Market & Customer Insights: Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor products to identify opportunities.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Risk, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver seamless solutions.
Portfolio Performance: Monitor KPIs such as acquisition, activation, spend, delinquency, and profitability.
Innovation & Digitalization: Drive cutting-edge experiences including mobile wallets and BNPL integrations.
Regulatory & Industry Awareness: Stay ahead of regulatory, payment, and technology developments impacting credit cards.
