requirements
* bachelor’s degree in digital media, audiovisual communication, film and audiovisual production, graphic design, or a related field.
* professional video editor with a strong portfolio/demo reel
* proficient in video editing softwares (e.g., adobe premiere pro, after effects, capcut).
* in-depth knowledge of production and post-production workflows
* experienced in capturing high-quality video and audio
* highly organized with a structured, efficient approach to projects
* skilled in recording live events and dynamic footage
* proficient in creating engaging social media reels and podcast content
* proficient in editing and generating video content using ai tools
* expertise in streamlining workflows using plugins, templates, and automation
