Evo pest control — one of the highest-rated and fastest-growing pest control companies in the us midwest — is hiring a remote customer success representative based in mexico.
location: remote (mexico-based) schedule: monday–friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm mountain time (us) (8:00 am – 4:00 pm central mexico / 6:00 am – 2:00 pm pacific mexico) compensation: $6.00 – $8.00 usd per hour, based on experience ⏱ hours: 40 hours per week
important: this role requires native-level english fluency. You will be speaking directly with american customers by phone, email, and text every day. Non-native or accented english that may affect customer comprehension will not be a fit for this role. Please only apply if your english is fluent, clear, and professional.
what you'll do
* serve as the first point of contact for thousands of customers across the us midwest via phone, email, and text
* build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
* manage customer accounts and identify opportunities to grow and retain business
* conduct warm outreach to existing and prospective customers
* collaborate with the sales and operations teams to hit performance targets
* navigate crm tools (we use fieldroutes; experience with salesforce or similar platforms is a plus)
* adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and protocols
what we're looking for
* native-level english fluency — this is a hard requirement
* prior experience in customer service, account management, or a sales support role
* tech-literate and comfortable learning new software quickly
* highly organized with strong attention to detail
* ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* self-motivated, reliable, and professional working independently from home
* stable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace
