key responsibilities:
* alliance partner activity management
o pre-approval and claim submissions for partner activities
o engage with stakeholders to gather pre-approval plans and submit into partner portals or tracker process per plan deadlines
o activity claim entries and tracking
* internal collaboration and communication
o communicate approved plans and activity id tracking information to mdf stakeholders
o inform execution owners of upcoming plan submission and poe deadlines
o notify mdf stakeholders of poe claim status
* partnership governance and compliance
o adhere to partnership guidelines and branding requirements
o purchase request (pr) creation and management for approved activities
o ariba invoicing management and review
* marketing governance and best practices
o ensure adherence to marketing governance standards
o communicate best practices and guidance to team members
required skills and qualifications:
* thorough understanding of partnership guidelines and branding requirements
* excellent communication and collaboration skills
* ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* familiarity with ariba and anaplan systems
