- create digital assets for electronic locks, security features, and product configurations
- maintain consistency between physical product changes and digital representations
*social media & marketing responsibilities*
- develop and manage social media content focused on safes, security features, and manufacturing quality
- turn technical features into clear, engaging posts, videos, and visuals
- educate customers on safe usage, security best practices, and product differentiation
- support brand positioning through behind-the-scenes manufacturing and engineering content
- collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging with campaigns and promotions
- analyze engagement metrics and optimize content strategy accordingly
*key skills & qualifications*
- background in engineering, industrial design, or digital product design
- strong understanding of mechanical or electromechanical products
- experience with 3d design, rendering, and visual storytelling tools
- knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices
- ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- strong written and visual communication skills
