Location: toluca de lerdoemployment type: full-time about the role tiberina mexico is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive administrative & treasury coordinator to join our finance team. This role is central to maintaining the financial health of our operations, ensuring that all treasury activities, payment cycles, and basic accounting entries are managed with precision and compliance. You will be the point of reference for cash flow monitoring and the bridge between our operational needs and financial stability. Key responsibilities • treasury & cash management: o monitor daily bank balances and manage cash flow movements. o prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts. o maintain relationships with banking institutions for administrative queries. • payments & accounts payable: o execute and schedule national and international payments to suppliers. o ensure all payments are backed by appropriate documentation (cfdi, purchase orders, and internal approvals). o manage employee expense reports and petty cash. • basic accounting & compliance: o record daily financial transactions in the erp system. o perform monthly bank reconciliations. o assist the finance manager in preparing documentation for audits and tax filings (sat compliance). • administrative support: o maintain digital and physical archives of financial records. o support general office administrative tasks as required. Requirements & qualifications • education: bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field. • experience: minimum 2–3 years of experience in administrative-accounting roles, specifically focusing on treasury and payments. • technical skills: o proficiency in excel (pivot tables, vlookups). o experience with erp systems (sap, oracle, or similar). o knowledge of mexican tax regulations (cfdi 4.0, complements of payment). • languages: o italian: it's a plus o english: intermediate (ability to read technical documents and communicate via email). • soft skills: high level of integrity, organizational skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
