under general supervision, the incumbent collaborates with regulatory, legal, brokers, and local authorities to establish rules for gemini and manage regulatory changes. The role ensures alignment with business priorities during roll-out, supports communication efforts to all involved departments, supports daily operations, and acts as the main liaison with other support departments. It involves resource planning, gap analysis, user acceptance testing, developing training, troubleshooting support, and providing go live hyper care support to ensure adherence to global standards. Additionally, the role maintains communication with end users about problem resolution and system updates, establishing a network between end users and regional/global teams, and provides critical insights into potential change impacts. It also involves resource planning to achieve user productivity levels, and may include leading on-site implementation and support of strategic initiatives across multiple facilities.
minimum requirements
education: bachelor's degree or equivalent. Proficiency in english.
experience: at least 3 years' experience in customs and program management activities, with knowledge of local regulations.
skills and abilities: proficiency in computer applications including spreadsheets; presentation, project management, influencing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
