key qualifications
* proven experience with salesforce administration and customization.
* strong hands-on expertise with fieldfx (configuration, workflows, pricing, job management, mobile module).
* industry experience in oil & gas, preferably within oilfield services operations.
* experience in salesforce development tools (apex, visualforce, lightning, flows) is a plus.
* knowledge of system integrations (apis, middleware, etl tools).
* strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
preferred qualifications
* salesforce administrator or field service lightning certification.
* fieldfx-specific certifications or proven project track record.
* experience supporting oilfield services, energy, or related industries.
key responsibilities
* maintenance & support: monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in the existing fieldfx implementation to ensure continuous system performance and user satisfaction.
* enhancements & improvements: design, configure, and deploy new features, workflows, and process improvements within salesforce and fieldfx to meet evolving business requirements.
* integration & data management: manage integrations with salesforce modules and external systems, ensuring data quality, consistency, and security.
* user enablement: partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document solutions, and deliver enhancements that improve user adoption and efficiency.
* governance & best practices: ensure compliance with salesforce and fieldfx best practices, including change management, release management, and security standards.
* collaboration: work closely with internal teams (operations, finance, it) and external partners/vendors to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
