corporate executive chef
will lead and manage the culinary strategy and operations across blue diamond's portfolio of locations, ensuring a consistent, high-quality dining experience that aligns with the company's values, brand, and customer expectations. This senior leadership role involves overseeing menu development, culinary innovation, team management, cost control, and operational efficiency to support corporate objectives. The corporate executive chef will collaborate closely with senior executives, procurement, and other cross-functional teams to enhance food offerings and maintain profitability.

the ideal candidate has:

* bachelor's degree in culinary arts, hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
* professional culinary certifications.
* minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in culinary management, including at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., executive chef, corporate chef).
* extensive experience in multi-location or corporate foodservice operations, ideally within a large-scale or high-volume setting.
* proven success in developing and executing operational strategies, managing budgets, and leading diverse culinary teams.
* strong leadership and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage and inspire large teams.
* excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
* expertise in menu design, food costing, and inventory management systems.
* comprehensive understanding of food safety regulations, kitchen operations, and industry standards.
* ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
