job description
1. manage credit card and bank platform operations, including delinquency and payment applications.
2. integrate financial statement items and gl accounts affected in processes.
3. prepare employee payment proposals.
4. manage cash advances and reimbursements; approve cash advances using the concur tool.
5. monitor and alert employees about overdue cash advances not reported.
6. ensure compliance with ebs (electronic bank statement) requirements; perform weekly reconciliation of travel-related payments and fundings between accounts.
7. manage employee vendor aging.
8. audit expense reports.
9. analyze expense report postings in sap originating from concur.
10. administer and request new vendors for vendor master data.
11. control transactions in sm35; address blocked postings from concur to sap due to incorrect information.
12. post month-end travel accruals and support the controlling department.
13. provide ongoing support to travelers, resolving problems and answering questions.
14. manage concur operations.
15. participate in related projects stemming from travel activities.
qualifications
1. bachelor's degree in public accounting or finance.
2. proficiency in english.
3. experience:
* minimum 4 years in general accounting.
* experience with sap fi finance module (accounting).
* travel management experience (desirable).
* experience with bank platforms (desirable).
