we are currently looking for a:
key account manager
a is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients or accounts of hvac. They work closely with these clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
what will your mission be?
* building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact for all their needs and inquiries.
• identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding product or service offerings to drive revenue growth within key accounts.
• ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding clients' needs and proactively addressing any issues or concerns.
• developing and implementing strategic account plans aligned with midea's business objectives to maximize the value delivered to key accounts.
• facilitating effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and key clients to ensure seamless delivery of products or services.
• gathering market intelligence and staying abreast of industry trends to anticipate clients' evolving needs and provide proactive solutions.
• negotiating contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both midea and its key accounts.
• monitoring and analyzing key account performance metrics to measure progress against objectives and identify areas for improvement.
• identifying and mitigating risks associated with key accounts to protect midea's interests and ensure long-term sustainability of client relationships.
• collaborating with key accounts to co-create innovative solutions that deliver unique value and maintain midea's competitive edge in the market.
who are we looking for?
* bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related degree.
* +3 years of working experience in sales or related fields.
* hvac sales experience
* proficiency in english is required.
* forecast management.
* focus on solutions and ease of adaptation.
location: tlalnepantla, mérida, cancún or veracruz
reports to: sales manager distributors
