Salaries will be updated in January to the 2026 Salary Structure:
- 0-3 months: $1,200 USD/month
- After 3 months: You’ll receive a $50 monthly Wellness Bonus to support a healthy and balanced work life (total: $1,250/month).
- After 1 year: Salary increases to $1,340 USD/month
- After 2 years: Salary increases to $1,480 USD/month
- After 3 years: Salary increases to $1,540 USD/month
- After 4 years: Salary increases to $1,600 USD/month
- Annual Adjustments: You’ll also receive a raise each year and company-wide compensation adjustments as we continue to grow together.

Job Description
We are searching for talented professionals who have experience as executive assistants.
- Manage the executive’s calendar across time zones, coordinating meetings, events, and reminders
- Screen, draft, and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO or executive team, ensuring timely communication
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries, bookings, and expense reports
- Conduct business research and prepare concise summaries to support decision-making and client outreach
- Maintain and update contact databases and CRM systems with precision and discretion
- Answer and route calls professionally, acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with the preparation of reports, meeting agendas, and follow‑up tasks
- Provide support on special projects and executive-level personal tasks, as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant for CEOs or high‑profile managers.
- Expertise with Microsoft 365 (Formerly known as Microsoft Office)
- Proficient writing and spoken English (including top grammar skills), C1 or C2
- Appropriate work‑from‑home environment
Technical Requirements
- Processor: Intel 11th Gen (or equivalent AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows users and M2 for Macs
- RAM: 16 GB minimum
- 25 - 50 Mbps Internet Speed (Min)
