Key responsibilities
* recruit, screen, and place exempt and non‑exempt candidates using creative internal and external sourcing strategies.
* partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define idóneo candidate profiles.
* manage requisitions, intake calls, and serve as a liaison with external staffing agencies.
* conduct behavioral interviews and coordinate candidate assessments and testing.
* develop and execute recruitment marketing initiatives, including job postings, advertising, and career fairs.
* leverage recruiting tools and social media platforms (linked in, facebook) while tracking recruiting analytics.
* build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and actively participate in company events.
requirements
* bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, psychology, or a related field.
* minimum 3 years of experienceas a corporate recruiter in a full‑cycle / full desk recruitment role.
* conversational and written english
