about the role

now we are seeking a marketing director to join our sales division (real estate and co-ownership); a creative mind who understands that luxury is built on precision and narrative coherence. You will work directly with our team, transforming strategic ideas into compelling brand executions across digital, print, and experiential channels. This role is for someone who blends creative direction with hands-on execution: a storyteller, a designer of moments, and a guardian of the vehm brand. You'll be the sole responsible to create the marketing strategy for both brands and execute it with help of the team.

compensation

* competitive salary range of $25,000 - $40,000 mxn
* performance-based annual bonus
* paid holidays

responsibilities

* develop and execute brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with vehm's identity and long-term strategy.
* create and execute the marketing strategy for both brands with the sole purpose of creating a brand with strong market positioning and bringing qualified leads.
* create the brand client experience, ensuring the brand is always perceived as top-notch and our owners have a meaningful interaction with us (create the customer experience).
* create audiovisual material across photo, video, and editorial projects (from brief to launch)
* ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints (website, social media, paid media, print).
* collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external partners to curate visuals and tone for new launches and seasonal campaigns.
* oversee the creation of brochures, lookbooks, and brand materials for vehm and its properties.
* research trends in luxury, architecture, travel, and design to inspire ongoing innovation.
* develop brand decks and presentations for media partnerships and potential collaborators.
* ensure that every vehm expression (digital or physical) communicates vehm's values of refinement, authenticity, and distinction.
* others related field activities

what we're looking for

* degree in marketing, communication, design, or similar.
* 2–4 years of experience in luxury branding, creative direction, or marketing coordination.
* a strong understanding of visual storytelling, aesthetics, and brand identity systems.
* experience collaborating with photographers, designers, and copywriters.
* exceptional communication skills in english and spanish.
* a proactive mindset, able to turn creative concepts into polished deliverables.
