about the role
as a sr marketing specialist at misalud health, you will be the /"boots on the ground/" for our marketing execution.
this is a highly hands-on role where you will own end-to-end digital execution across paid, organic, and content channels.
you will thrive at the intersection of b2b sales acceleration and b2c user engagement.
your primary mission is to fuel our north america marketing strategies to thrive and accelerate our brand recognition and sales pipeline both in b2b and b2c models.
what you'll do
- field marketing & sales support: partner directly with our sales team to create and customize high-impact decks for specific enterprise customers.
you will be the bridge between our brand and the specific needs of a prospect.
- full-funnel demand gen: execute multi-channel campaigns (google ads, linkedin, email) specifically designed to generate mqls within the hr and benefits space.
- content creation & brand collateral: act as the lead creator for marketing assets.
this includes writing copy, designing basic collateral, and ensuring our brand voice is consistent across all platforms and all audiences.
- b2c engagement & ai integration: develop creative strategies to drive app downloads.
you will leverage ai tools to automate content creation and bridge any gaps in consumer-facing marketing.
- product gtm: contribute to our /"go-to-market/" strategy for new features, ensuring our value proposition resonates with both the b2b buyer persona, channel partners, and the end user.
what you need
- a minimum of 3 years of experience in field marketing, digital demand generation, or similar hands-on marketing roles.
- proven experience working directly with sales organization and understanding how to support a complex b2b sales cycle.
- advanced proficiency in google ads, meta, linkedin campaign manager, and seo/sem tools.
- a portfolio that shows you can create your own content and /"own/" the branding of your campaigns.
- previous experience in b2b and b2c is required.
experience in saas and understanding the us healthcare space (employers, brokers, payors) is a very strong plus.
- strong ability to use ai tools (chatgpt, gemini, canva, etc.) to scale production.
knowledge of html is a significant advantage for managing web assets and emails.
- professional fluency in english and spanish is required to serve our diverse workforce and us-based clients.
