岗位职责 job duties:
* 根据集团战略,对财务部门按照集团总部相应政策进行有效的管理。
* 准备财务报告,财务报表必备数据,负责维护财务系统并有效管理中心资产。
* 按照集团总部的要求即时完成公司财务分析,财务部总监报告及每月的财务报表。
* 遵守中心所在地的法律以及财务规定.健全内部控制制度,防范财务风险,确保公司财务合规。
* 保证财务文件及其它重要文件的安全,维护相关政府部门及相关专业机构的关系,保障公司利益。
* manage the finance department in alignment with group strategy and headquarters' financial policies.
* prepare key data for financial reports and statements; maintain financial systems and ensure proper asset management.
* deliver timely financial analyses, monthly statements, and required reports for the finance director and headquarters.
* ensure compliance with local laws and financial regulations; strengthen internal controls to minimize financial risk.
* protect financial documents and other critical records; maintain effective relationships with government and professional bodies to safeguard company interests.
任职要求 requirements:
* 本科及以上学历。
* 八年及以上财务工作经验,三年及以上财务部门管理工作经验.商场,办公楼与国际级酒店相关行业经验优先。
* 具备中高级会计师,熟悉国家会计准则及税务相关法律法规,具有全面的财务专业知识,账务处理及财务管理经验。
* 仪表整洁,为人责任心强,工作细致严谨,有良好的职业道德。
* 具有较强的沟通协调能力,良好的表达能力及团队协作精神。
* bachelor's degree or above.
* at least eight years of financial experience, including a minimum of three years in finance management; experience in shopping malls, office buildings, or international-standard hotels is preferred.
* intermediate or senior accountant qualification; solid knowledge of prc accounting standards and tax regulations, with comprehensive expertise in financial management and accounting operations.
* professional appearance, strong sense of responsibility, and meticulous, disciplined working style with high professional ethics.
* strong communication and coordination skills, good presentation abilities, and a collaborative team spirit.
