job description
* to ensure consistency and highest quality in all culinary deliveries, maintaining the financial performance indicators in line with the budget.
* actively lead and supervise kitchen operations, fostering a hands-on approach to food preparation, presentation, and execution.
* to regularly adapt and revisit the menus based on sales mix, demands, special promotion(s) and product availability.
* to interact closely with the catering sales team to assist in menu proposal.
* to follow and ensure that staff comply with haccp guidelines.
qualifications
* exceptional leadership skills including motivation and goal-setting.
* advanced culinary skills and knowledge of classic, food safety protocols and food waste reduction program.
* able to lead and develop his/her to the standards set by the hotel.
* strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
