tt electronics' mexicali facility houses 65,000 square feet of office and advanced manufacturing.
with a large workforce of 126 employees, this site operates in multiple shifts with cellular production lines and 13 production cells.
this site is iso9001 certified and manufactures an array of technologies including variable and fixed resistors, eps sensors, and trimmers.
*role overview and responsibilities*:
*introduction*
- analysis and control of fixed assets, company cycle count procedures and support in costing activities, as well as providing financial information.
*key responsibilities*
- weekly and monthly reports and analyses of sales and gross margin.
- reports and analyses of manufacturing variances (ppv, muv, yield, efficiencies, scrap, and inventory adjustments).
- product costing and roll-up.
- control and recording of fixed assets, construction in progress (reconciliations, audits, etc.).
- coordinate the inventory verification process at suppliers, generating quarterly cycle count documents and submitting them to the purchasing department, as well as communicating findings.
- conduct weekly and monthly cycle count audits in warehouses and communicate findings to warehouse staff, warehouse supervisor, and cost supervisor, as well as preparing inventory accuracy results.
