About the role
financial analysts are integral to driving business performance across regions. As a financial analyst, you will perform comprehensive financial analysis and prepare periodic reporting and presentations to support strategic planning and decision-making.
main responsibilities
1. analyze current and forecasted results for latam and assist in the preparation, review, and analysis of financial plans.
2. provide accurate and timely financial information for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. prepare monthly account reconciliations and perform account analysis in accordance with established policies.
4. advise on daily entries to ensure accurate transaction recording and compliance.
5. support special projects requested by internal clients and management, utilizing analytical skills and technical expertise.
6. collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and participate in problem-solving activities.
7. contribute to the development of budgets and administrative expenses.
key qualifications
* bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
* intermediate english proficiency.
* experience in finance in fast-paced environments.
* strong reporting and database skills using power bi, power pivot, and power query.
* proficiency in ms office suite (excel, word, powerpoint, etc.).
* analytical thinker with the ability to interpret financial results and provide insightful recommendations.
