- coordinate with suppliers to confirm delivery dates and resolve delays.
- maintain accurate system data, including lead times, order quantities, and delivery dates.
- follow up on critical shortages and escalate issues that may impact production.
- review and adjust planning parameters (e.g., safety stock, reorder points) to align with demand fluctuations.
- collaborate with warehouse and receiving teams to ensure smooth inbound material flow.
- support production scheduling by ensuring material availability for planned builds.

-* requirements*:
- bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- minimum of 3 years' experience in raw material purchasing or procurement roles, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- strong knowledge of procurement processes, mrp, and inventory management.
- proficiency in sap erp systems and advanced excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
- advanced english proficiency is essential for effective communication with international suppliers.
