Executive liaison
the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on all matters pertaining to c-level executives.
key responsibilities:
* manage complex calendars, compose correspondence, arrange travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for c-level executives.
* provide seamless communication between c-level executives and internal departments.
* coordinate participation in global conferences, manage travel expenses, and maintain supplier relationships.
* organize internal meetings, quarterly reviews, and annual events, including venue selection, agenda creation, and logistical arrangements.
* support the extended executive team, including the chief people officer.
* prepare and format information for internal and external communication, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
* conduct research, collect data, and analyze reports to inform business decisions.
* negotiate with suppliers, maintain relationships, and devise filing systems.
* record, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
* identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
requirements:
* proven experience as a senior executive assistant or similar role.
* experience working with c-level executives or high-net-worth individuals.
* expert written and verbal communication skills.
* demonstrate proactive problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
* ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
* self-awareness, accountability, and maturity are essential.
* strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships across levels of the organization.
* flexibility to work out-of-hours and across time zones.
* possess solid it skills, particularly in microsoft office, google docs, and other relevant software.
