**Project Objective**:
Provide support to the Internal Communication area in the Central region, contributing to strengthening the connection and sense of belonging among employees through the management of content, communication channels, and the organization of corporate events that promote organizational culture.
**Challenges for the Student**:
- Learn to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously (messages, channels, and events).
- Develop effective communication skills and attention to detail in a corporate environment.
- Adapt to internal processes and collaborate with different areas of the company.
- Manage information with judgment and confidentiality.
- Maintain a proactive attitude towards changes and the needs of the area.
**Main Responsibilities and Activities**:
- Assist in gathering and drafting information for internal messages.
- Support administrative tasks related to the area’s processes.
- Collaborate in the planning, logistics, and execution of corporate events.
- Follow up with suppliers and coordinate deliverables.
- Contribute creative ideas to strengthen internal communication and employee engagement.

- Basic proficiency with Office 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Desirable: knowledge of basic design or digital communication tools (Canva, PowerPoint, Viva Engage, etc.).
