founded in 2019, gordian staffing provides specialized services to small and medium-sized enterprises in the united states and canada and remote high-quality people solutions. Our headquarters is in omaha, nebraska, and we have offices in guadalajara and mexico city.
*about our client*:
a company dedicated to helping businesses take control of their finances by stopping the time spent on bookkeeping and payroll, allowing them to focus on what matters most—growing their business.
We're looking for an *accountant *to provide support in the following activities:
- prepare bank reconciliations, expense accruals, and journal entries for a portfolio of clients
- review general ledger account activity to ensure financial statement accuracy and adherence to accounting policies
- produce monthly financial statements.
- prepare internal and external reports as requested, such as reports for management.
- identify opportunities for process improvement.
- prioritize and juggle multiple projects simultaneously, particularly during month and year-end.
*schedule*:
- monday to friday_
- daylight saving: 8:00 to 17:00 mexico city time
- regular schedule: 9:00 to 18:00 mexico city time

*minimum requirements*:
- *must: advanced english communication skills (writing and speaking)*:
- bachelor in accounting or two years of experience in a similar position.
- understanding of accrual accounting.
- experience supporting financial statements production.
- experience working with hoa accounting.
- tech savvy, ability to work with different erps and crms
pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
