Leadership role for on-site support operations
this is a leadership position responsible for overseeing on-site support operations to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and cost goals. The role involves building work teams focused on improvement and reporting to the site manager.
key responsibilities:
* to coordinate the activities of technical service in the productive area.
* provide information on material estimates and coordinate delivery with planning.
* ensure continuous improvement process by controlling ppg processes.
* promote constant interaction with the customer to improve problem response and process improvements using effective presentations and accurate tracking.
* prepare budget of expenses, annual sales, and fixed assets.
* responsible for monthly report of results and financial and technical activities.
* responsible for security and audits, as well as follow-up on open points.
* ensure all safety guidelines are met for both ppg and the client.
* assume necessary decisions for proper functioning of customer's online products, acceptance of rejections, material changes, charges made by the customer, and movement of personnel in charge to ensure smooth running of business.
qualifications:
* degree in engineering.
* +4 years of experience in automotive painting processes.
* knowledge of coatings and paints.
* quality tools.
* personnel administration.
* fluent english.
