This is a remote, work from home position. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled remote *recruitment consultant* to join our team in *mexico.*
*rates in usd: $3.74 per hour*
*schedule: est / 36 hours a week*
*monday to friday - weekend as needed*
*responsibilities*:
- collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and essential job requirements
- developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our organization
*requirements*:
- bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- proven experience as a recruitment consultant or in a similar role
- exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- high level of organization and attention to detail
- ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- knowledge of hr laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection processes
