We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Control Assurance Senior Manager**
Principal accountabilities:
- Lead a team of control testing professionals, oversee and drive completion of control testing assignments to support operational, conduct and regulatory risk & control management
- Effectively Delegate work across the team to ensure the work is done timely and to the required technical standard
- Ensuring quality is embedded into the control testing deliverables through effective coaching and overseeing the control testing team and ensuring compliance with the CCO Control Testing Methodology
- Participate in the professional development of testing team through effective coaching and knowledge sharing
- Partner with management to discuss, agree and assess control issues identified through testing activities
- Supporting the preparation of testing reports to inform key stakeholders of the outcome of testing and review work
Requirements
Graduate/Post graduate in any discipline with strong academic background
Demonstrable knowledge in Technology or Business control testing and risk management, internal control, or internal audit preferably within a financial / banking services operations environment
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Control Assurance, SOX Controls testing, Internal Audit, Internal Controls and Risk assessment. Experience in Financial Service industry or an external audit firm is desirable.
- IT Risk or Audit qualifications (CRISC, CISM, CISA, CISSP, CIA or equivalent) are desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Self-starter and effective collaborator
- Strong team player.
- Advanced English
- Technologies approach are desirable
