key responsibilities encompass leading a team, driving full‑cycle recruitment, reporting, and process improvement while representing tricolor's employer brand.
key responsibilities
team leadership & people management
* lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters
* conduct 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions
* manage onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing team members
* set performance goals and kpis, ensuring accountability and progress
* oversee timecards, scheduling, and team‑building activities
recruiting operations
* manage full‑cycle recruiting efforts for assigned requisitions
* ensure all open roles are filled in a timely and effective manner
* monitor recruiter workload and redistribute tasks as necessary
* maintain consistency and compliance with recruiting processes and systems
reporting & strategy
* partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and develop hiring plans
process improvement & employer branding
* support the director of recruiting in refining standard operating procedures
* contribute to strategic initiatives such as internal mobility and retention
* represent tricolor at job fairs and recruiting events to promote our employer brand
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree required
* minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
* at least 1 year of experience managing a team
* strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
* ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* proficiency with recruiting analytics
* bilingual in english and spanish
* previous experience in automotive, retail, or other high-turnover environments is a plus
* u.s. Visa and passport preferred (for occasional business travel)
