key responsibilities:
* design, develop, test, and support web applications using c#, sql, asp.net, css, and azure.
* develop and maintain complex sql queries, stored procedures, and database schemas.
* ensure responsive design and adherence to ux/ui principles.
* collaborate using tools such as github and other project management platforms.
* write clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
* apply security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
* integrate apis and support business intelligence tools like power bi or tableau.
basic qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in information technologies, computer science, or a related engineering field.
* 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
* experience in agile development environments.
* preferred experience in manufacturing or highly regulated industries, especially healthcare.
* fluency in both spanish and english.
technical skills:
* proficiency in backend languages such as c#, java, javascript, or python.
* strong knowledge of html5, css, and responsive design.
* expertise in microsoft sql server and database best practices.
* familiarity with bi tools and ux/ui design principles.
* strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
