* analyze data and utilize diagnostic tools to monitor equipment health and anticipate potential issues.
* develop and maintain detailed documentation covering debugging procedures, design modifications, and process enhancements.
* mentor junior engineers and operators on mechanical troubleshooting best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
requirements
* bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related technical discipline.
* proven experience in debugging automated mechanical equipment, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
* strong skills in design reviews, root cause analysis, and problem solving.
* excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
