Content experience architect
we are seeking an experienced content experience architect to join our team. As a key member of our marketing transformation team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end content experience solutions that transform how our clients deliver digital content.
you will integrate various technologies to achieve their strategic vision, focusing on digital experience platforms (dxps), digital asset management (dam) systems, and related technologies. Your expertise in martech solutions, ai, and industry trends will enable you to present complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
this role requires executive-level communication skills, a deep understanding of client business objectives, and hands-on expertise in martech solutions for digital content delivery. You will design scalable and efficient solutions that enhance content experiences delivering demonstrable and measurable impact.
beyond client work, you will contribute to the design and development of our ai-driven production applications, bridging business and technical requirements and ensuring alignment with our architectural framework.
responsibilities:
* influence and guide our clients on the strategic value of martech solutions for content experience.
* design and architect comprehensive martech solutions, with a strong emphasis on dxp, dam, and related technologies, to deliver personalized and engaging content experiences.
* provide expert advice on martech solutions at both a strategic and tactical level, with a deep understanding of the landscape, including dxps, dams, content workflow platforms, and content personalization engines.
* support the delivery of rfps and rfis, participating in presentations and running demos as a subject matter expert on content experience solutions.
* stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the martech and ai landscape, with a particular focus on innovations in content creation, management, and delivery.
* foster, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with our tech partners, designing solutions to activate impactful use cases with their latest innovations in content experience.
* translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications for development teams, ensuring proposed solutions meet business needs and align with the broader architectural vision.
requirements:
* executive communication: experienced consultant with exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including c-level executives.
* martech depth: deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape, including the latest innovations in ai and industry trends, with a specific focus on technologies that enable exceptional content experiences.
* content experience expertise: proven experience with leading digital experience platforms (dxps) such as adobe experience manager, sitecore, or similar, and digital asset management (dam) systems such as adobe experience manager assets, aprimo, or similar.
* technical proficiency: proficient in a broad range of technologies, including cloud platforms, microservices, apis, and content delivery networks (cdns).
* greenfield comfort: comfortable working in a greenfield environment, designing and implementing solutions from the ground up.
* solution implementation: proven track record of designing and implementing complex martech solutions, particularly those focused on content creation, management, and delivery.
* integration expertise: expertise in understanding how various marketing platforms and tools integrate to create cohesive systems, with a focus on seamless integration between dxps, dams, cdps, and other relevant technologies.
* analytical skills: strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, specifically related to content experience.
* data architecture: an understanding of data architecture, integrations, and security best practices, with a focus on data-driven content personalization.
* cross-functional collaboration: experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including strategy, content, engineers, program management, and consulting.
* client engagement: demonstrated history of successful client engagements, showcasing the ability to understand and address unique client needs related to content experience.
