General job description: perform customer service and administrative duties to support the clearance process, including handling paperwork, shipment tracing, problem identification, and resolution with direct customer interface. Document and enter customer information accurately and promptly into the system. Prepare various operational and customer reports. Ensure all shipments are manifested; report unmanifested shipments to the responsible area. Audit records and files to compile necessary data. Manage customers with non-document packages in cage. Provide shipment status updates, follow-up, and interpret cosmos global scan updates. Perform additional duties as assigned. Minimum requirements: education: high school degree/equivalent. Proficiency in english (450 toeic points). Experience: previous clerical or customer service experience in a service environment.
