the production supervisor leads a team of operators and ensures the achievement of critical metrics, guaranteeing the fulfillment of the production plan. Key challenges include partner management, people development, tactical plan follow-up, brand protection, confidentiality of novelties, and sharing standard methodologies with other plants.
core responsibilities
* promote and ensure employee safety and security using organizational tools (e.g., proactive safety, risk assessments, process confirmation, loto).
* maintain compliance with quality and safety standards (product safety, qa handbook, ims).
* ensure production plan fulfillment by optimizing resources and sequencing production.
* execute and monitor training plans.
* follow up on critical area metrics.
* participate in deploying business strategy within the team.
* implement hr processes (idp, merit, prp).
* create a work environment aligned with the organization’s principles and values (pulse).
* support continuous improvement programs (lci tools).
* apply root cause analysis and implement improvements for problem-solving.
* ensure integration and efficiency of qehs systems in operations.
* allocate resources for qehs management in the area.
* proactively support and demonstrate leadership in qehs initiatives.
* comply with legal and internal standards related to qehs.
qualifications
* experience leading a team of at least 30 operators in a manufacturing environment.
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* strategic thinking for short- and medium-term decisions.
* proficiency in ms office, project execution, safety, and quality management systems.
* advanced english skills (spoken and written).
