We are seeking a senior finance leader to join as operational country controller – mexico, a critical role that partners closely with local and global leadership to drive financial excellence, operational discipline, and strategic decision-making.this role requires proven experience in mlm / direct selling and strong exposure to multinational, matrixed environments. Role overviewthe operational country controller will be responsible for the full financial leadership of the mexican operation, ensuring accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with ifrs and local regulations. This position acts as a true business partner to the general manager and executive team, supporting growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
