This role provides treasury services and acts as the primary contact for the ba / cu, ensuring payment accomplishment according to payment calendars from different internal customers. Payments must be executed with quality and in accordance with internal controls and the principles outlined in the continental treasury guidelines.
main tasks include:
1. validate if payment and reimbursement requirements comply with proper authorization levels, formats, documentation support, and parameters according to the payment calendar of each functional area.
2. reconcile payment releases in the bank platform according to payment and reimbursement requirements.
3. download daily account statements and provide details to functional areas.
4. identify payment rejections and notify the appropriate functional area to resend payments.
5. provide net cash position reports to accounting areas.
6. act as an intermediary between functional areas and bank representatives based on business needs.
7. support month-end closing activities.
8. provide information requested by internal and external auditors.
9. identify and drive process improvements, including creating standard reports.
the ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of treasury operations, accounting, and risk management principles.
your profile
* experience in financial areas (ap, ar, accounting, etc.).
* analytical skills.
* experience with bank platform administration.
