Proven experience in java development, angular development, and/or android mobile development (2+ years preferred). This is a development role focused on designing and developing java-based applications, with opportunities to collaborate and learn from experienced developers and industry experts. Basic understanding of the spring framework for application development. Basic understanding of agile software development methodologies and practices. Interest in working with test automation tools, as this position may involve developing test automation alongside application development. Experience or willingness to learn ai and machine learning frameworks and tools. Familiarity with sql databases, hibernate, and querying. Experience with or interest in android development. Curiosity and willingness to engage with devops practices and tools. Experience with version control systems, especially git. Some experience with test automation tools. Enthusiasm for gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology and innovative projects. Minimum experience: four (4) years business or systems experience which includes systems program management, matching business requirements to supporting system requirements, software design/development, systems training, application testing, systems migration and integration, or developing business user systems requirements. Experience with either technology assessments, decision support, information business services, network design, database design or software requirements definitions. Develops business justification and cost analysis of each alternative. Sets and maintains standards and procedures of systems design and project management, including training, documentation development methodologies, and design techniques. Develops schedules and performance reports to meet corporate project objectives and monitors project status. Informs management of potential project problems and recommends solutions. Acts as project lead in user acceptance testing. Leads systems design and enhancement projects. Assists user and technical groups in determination of project priorities through analysis of corporate and division objectives and return on investment.
