Responsibilities
* create detailed plant layout drawings in autocad to optimize space utilization and workflow.
* develop and maintain technical documentation for manufacturing processes and layouts.
* collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure designs meet functional and safety requirements.
* analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for efficiency and productivity improvement.
* apply lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and optimize resources.
* conduct time studies and workflow analyses to improve daily operations.
* lead layout change projects and equipment installations, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards.
* coordinate with vendors and contractors during project implementation.
* prepare project reports and documentation for management review and follow-up.
* provide technical support to the production team regarding layout and equipment placement.
* identify and resolve issues related to plant layout and equipment to ensure operational continuity.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in industrial engineering
* 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering with focus on plant layout design
* advanced english proficiency
* intermediate/advanced autocad and cad software skills
* strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
* lean manufacturing and process optimization expertise
