Key responsibilities:
* recruit, screen, and place exempt and non‑exempt candidates using creative internal and external sourcing strategies.
* partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
* manage requisitions, intake calls, and serve as a liaison with external staffing agencies.
* conduct behavioral interviews and coordinate candidate assessments and testing.
* develop and execute recruitment marketing initiatives, including job postings, advertising, and career fairs.
* leverage recruiting tools and social media platforms (linkedin, facebook) while tracking recruiting analytics.
* build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and actively participate in company events.
requirements:
* bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, psychology, or a related field.
* minimum 3 years of experience as a corporate recruiter in a full‑cycle / full desk recruitment role.
* conversational and written english required; bilingual preferred.
* excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with strong attention to detail.
* proven interviewing skills, including behavioral interview techniques.
* strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
* proficient in microsoft office (excel, word, powerpoint).
* ability to advise and guide hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
* strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
* ability to work under pressure while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
* solid understanding of organizational structures and business needs.
