Director of professional services & operations, latam

We're currently seeking a Director, Professional Services & Operations – LATAM, passionate about driving growth, leadership, and strategic vision.


At CoreX, we've embarked on the next phase of our company's growth, transitioning to a scaling stage. We seek a high-caliber "done it before," "hungry & humble" professional to partner with the Latam leadership staff and become instrumental towards the achievement of our vision with self-belief and intrinsic Mission alignment.



In this role, you'll lead the evolution of our Latam-based services teams on a "Full Value chain" capacity [Advise, Implement & Operate – PS's], accelerating our customers' time to value and becoming obsessed with delivering customer outcomes. As a transformational leader, you'll develop a high-performing squad known as the "best" of its class. Reporting to the Global CoE Head, you'll be an active customer success evangelist and the accountable leader for all aspects of our professional services practice, including services account expansion, delivery, and operations.


Kindly note that our current focus is on candidates located in Mexico City and Monterrey.


As a Director of PS & Ops, you'll focus on:


* Helping our customers realize the value of their investment, driving world-class growth and customer retention, and turning them into raving fans.
* Driving growth through strong execution practices. Success equals hitting revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction targets.
* Leading, motivating, and building a high-performing Services team and making them leading experts in the industry.

* Set the foundation for an Industry-focused ServiceNow professional Services practice.


3. Execute with Excellence

* Implement, standardize, and continuously improve critical processes to ensure our customers' consistent, reliable, and high-value journey.
* Collaborate internally with functional areas, sales, partner management, and the Center of Excellence staff to drive a customer-centric, "single front" experience to our customers
* Alignment with Executive and Sales objectives, standards, and practices from day one.
* Own the professional services P&L. Manage revenue, profitability, utilization, margin, engagement health, and adoption metrics across our customer base.



4. Win in the Marketplace

* Drive the Sales and Marketing strategy to define Go-to-Market strategies and portfolio offerings that meet the evolving needs of our customers as they mature in their ServiceNow adoption.
* Collaborate with the ServiceNow Customer Outcomes team & Field organizations to develop and execute strategies to scale our operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Become a trusted partner to our customers at an executive level.
* Influence Marketing efforts to drive unique branding that creates interest and stickiness with clients, evaluators, and media.
* Drive deal growth size, win rate, pipeline increase & backlog through an Industry focus, consistent delivery, and top sales talent & acumen.


Requirements:


* Proven direct experience building a Professional Services practice in an enterprise setting, generating revenues of $30M+.
* Enterprise client experience and network, having led projects and service delivery units with local and global AAA clients (such as: Femsa, Cemex, Banorte, Liverpool, Bimbo, Grupo México, etc.).
* Strong cultural fit with our company's values and objectives.
* Stable and continuous past employment tenures.
* Clear and objective understanding to grasp the business needs of our clients and prospects, demonstrating sensitivity and empathy to their business objectives and challenges.
* Flexibility to adapt to the timelines of our clients and prospects.
* Possessing negotiation skills and emotional intelligence that enable win-win negotiations, with the client and provider on equal footing.
* Being a believer in cross-team/department collaboration to achieve organizational goals—not working in silos—and more importantly, being a true practitioner of this mindset to instill it in the teams they lead.
* Having the experience and ability to build long-term client relationships that lead to ongoing business, not just through repeat purchases, but also through client referrals to other organizations.
* Travel Requirement: Must be available to travel approximately 20% of the time.
* Location: CDMX or Monterrey, N.L.
