Job Objective: Lead the end-to-end operation of a business module with a 360° scope. This role ensures seamless execution, process optimization, and alignment between Operations, IT, and the Product Owner. We are looking for someone that is highly analytical, data-driven, and business-oriented, with strong communication and process management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and oversee the assigned module, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Analyze, map, and continuously improve business and technical workflows.
- Use data to identify gaps, propose optimizations, and track performance through KPIs.
- Act as liaison between Operations, IT, and Product Owner, ensuring alignment.
- Prepare and present progress reports and improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Education & Training
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Systems, or related field.
- English: 100% fluency.
- Availability: Willingness to travel occasionally.
Experience
- 4 years in operations, business analysis, or process management.
